· Play a pivotal rolein supporting and driving high-quality Dermatology clinics
· Take full ownershipof all elements of patient care, delivering safe, effective, and compassionate services
· Inspire and leadwith confident managerial leadership and ongoing staff support
· Champion learning and developmentby supporting and delivering education across the team
· Lead the Quality Agenda, promoting continuous improvement, safety, and best practice
· Proactively manage absence and sickness, supporting staff wellbeing and service resilience
· Oversee roster management, ensuring safe staffing and smooth day-to-day operations
· Shape the future workforceby supporting and educating students in clinical practice
We are looking for highly motivated and innovative Junior Sister with a passion for Dermatology , preferably with dermatology experience, to join our busy team in Dermatology Outpatients., Disability Confident

The Dermatology Centre at Salford Royal offers a full range of dermatology services and is one of the largest of its kind in Europe.
Whilst our main department is based at Salford Royal Hopsital, we also have a spoke service based at Bury, Stockport and Altrincham. Your main work base will be Stockport, work across our two site at Kingsgate House and Altrincham Health and Well being Centre but you will be expected to work across sites when required.

Every year the centre cares for approximately 13,000 new outpatients with a further 26,000 follow up appointments. We aim to provide the highest achievable standards of care.
