The Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) - Specialist Teacher Support plays a critical role in ensuring the continuity and quality of specialist teaching within the school.

Overall Responsibilities

+ Under the direction of the teacher, be an effective member of a multi-disciplinary team which will enable access to the curriculum and realise the potential of all learners.
+ To assist with the implementation of strategies that maximize the achievement of learning outcomes for all learners
+ To create in conjunction with other members of staff a caring, safe and inspiring learning environment in which growth and independence are fostered by the maintenance of a supportive and positive role.

£14.22 per hour (£23,676.30.per annum)

Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only, 37 hours a week, 39 weeks a year
