At M Group Energy, were enabling the energy essential to support our lives.
We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.
This role will be within our?Metering team.?Youll join the leading provider of metering services in the UK energy retail sector, we provide efficient and flexible services for gas, electricity and water meters.
Our meter readers install, maintain and manage meters to make sure customers are billed correctly and energy usage patterns are monitored.

What will you be doing?
As a Jeopardy Manager, youll play a key role in keeping our metering operations running smoothly. Youll support a region of up to 40 technicians, ensuring appointments are delivered on time and customers receive the service they expect.
This is a fast-paced, problem-solving role where your ability to think ahead, stay organised and respond quickly will make a real difference. Youll work 37.5 hours per week on a flexible rota (shared monthly), with shifts such as 07:#####:30, 08#####6:00, 1#####18:00 and #####020:00supporting a balance between operational needs and your working day.
Your day could include:Monitoring technician schedules throughout the day to ensure appointments are met within timescalesIdentifying and managing jobs at risk of delay (jeopardy) and taking action to resolveRedistributing appointments where there are absences or unexpected changesManaging same-day and priority appointmentsKeeping systems updated with accurate progress and outcomesSupporting technicians with any issues, including technology failuresHandling inbound and outbound calls with both technicians and stakeholdersEscalating risks where required and working closely with your Team LeaderYoull be the link between planning and deliveryensuring everything stays on track and customers are supported.
