• Design and prepare authentic Italian dishes to a high standard.
• Develop seasonal menus and daily specials.
• Manage kitchen operations, food quality, and presentation.
• Control food costs, inventory, and supplier relationships.

• Maintain compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations.
