Italian Chef - Dal Piccolo - London

We are looking for a Temporary Italian Chef for 6 weeks, with a possibility of becoming Permanent, with a high skill set across all aspects in a kitchen for a new, small, trattoria-style Italian restaurant in the Angel/Barbican area. We need a chef with a good knowledge of Italian pizza making and pasta experience. The candidate must have the willingness to work independently to prepare, execute and deliver and clean whilst working with a minimal team. Due to the constraints of the kitchen, food wastage management is a must for the business. Most importantly, being able to communicate clearly and respectfully with the team is essential. Shifts needed are: Flexible. Italian cuisine experience preferable but not essential.
