Regeneron Pharmaceuticals International Meeting and Events Operations manager in Uxbridge, United Kingdom We are seeking a dynamic International Meeting and Events Operations manager professional to join our team in Uxbridge/Dublin. This role is pivotal in managing and coordinating meetings and events across our International Oncology and Immunology teams. With a focus on driving operational excellence, you will be responsible for vendor relationships and ensure seamless execution of meetings and events.   • Lead the International Immunology Commercial team in handling their meeting and event requirements within Europe.
  • Coordinate with the International Commercial Oncology and Medical teams to deliver impactful internal and external events.
  • Manage meeting vendors to execute programs across multiple geographies with precision.
  • Utilize critical thinking to tackle operational challenges and improve efficiency.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure requests are accurately routed and fulfilled.
  • Develop and distribute operational metrics for weekly status updates and annual planning.
  • Consult on process improvements to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate effectively within teams to enhance meetings and events in international markets.

  • You have a knack for resolving customer issues with empathy and efficiency.
  • You are proficient in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and knowledgeable about meeting management software like Cvent and Exhibit Force.
  • You communicate effectively and can work collaboratively across multiple geographies.
  • You possess strong interpersonal and facilitation skills, driving consensus and resolving conflicts.
  • You are detail-oriented and committed to ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • To be considered applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, and have over 10 years of professional experience, including hands-on experience managing meeting planning for commercial and medical teams across Europe. Experience in project management activities and knowledge of HCP contracts and advisory boards is crucial. Strong written and verbal communication skills are a must, along with the ability to balance independent priorities with team objectives.
