Prefect Controls Ltd is a market leading provider of commercial energy-saving heating control systems. We are seeking an Internal Sales Co-ordinator to play a key role in supporting our sales team, managing customer relationships, and ensuring seamless communication between internal departments. This position requires an individual with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for inbound sales enquiries.

• Manage sales orders and quotations, accurately and efficiently.

• Liaise with production, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Key Skills:

• Strong organisational/admin skills, attention to detail essential.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A problem-solving mindset and ability to handle multiple priorities.
