*INTERNAL MPFT APPS ONLY* Team Leader (0-19 Staffordshire)

We are looking for 2 highly motivated and enthusiastic Health Visitors or School Nurses to join our excellent team of 0-19 Team Leaders across Staffordshire. You will need to be enthusiastic, experienced, skilled and dynamic to join the team in clinically leading and managing the 0-19 service across either the Cannock district team as a full time position or the South Staffordshire district team as a job share opportunity with the existing Team Leader., You will provide daily advice and support to a fantastic and dedicated 0-19 team of professionals delivering the Healthy Child Programme. You must excel in communication and interpersonal skills and be able to influence and lead others, manage your workload and support colleagues. You will lead a team delivering the 0-19 Healthy Child Programme for a varied, unique and diverse population, in supportive skill mix teams, working closely with our partner agencies across health, social care and the local authority. The successful applicant must have the ability to travel within the Trust.
