Full Job Description
Croydon Health Services NHS Trust is seeking two experienced Interim Project Managers (Band 8a) to support delivery of key transformation priorities across the organisation. This is a fast-paced role suited to individuals who can hit the ground running, working across complex programmes such as digital enablement, cost improvement programmes (CIP), and wider service transformation. You will work closely with senior stakeholders across clinical,operationaland corporate services, requiring an excellent standard of communication in all formats (written, verbal and presentation). You will be able to distil complex information into clear, tailored messaging for different audiences, supporting understanding and engagement at all levels., Whatyou'llbe doing
- Leading delivery of priority projects across transformation, digital and/or CIP programmes
- Liaising with and influencing senior stakeholders across the Trust
- Communicating complex information clearly, adapting style and messaging to different audiences
- Working across planned and unplanned care pathways
- Building strong, credible relationships with clinical, operational and finance colleagues
- Supporting delivery through influence,engagementand collaboration (not authority alone)
Proven experience as a Project Managerwithin NHS Acute hospitalsat Band 8a level or equivalent - Strongtrack recordin digital transformation,CIPor service redesign
- Ability to communicate with clarity and impact, including simplifying complex information for a range of stakeholders
- Experience working with and presenting to senior stakeholders
- Strong understanding of NHS priorities and direction of travel
- Able tooperateindependently and deliver at pace
- Skilled in managing challenge and difficult conversations constructively
- Ability to quickly build trust,credibilityand effective relationships
