Are you a nurse with some experience in a Primary Care setting, or a Paramedic looking for a role to develop your skills in minor illness and injuries? As we are a 7 day service we are looking for Practitioners who can work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends and our shifts range from 7.5 hours 12.5 hours and as we understand the need for flexible working are also open to discussing hours that suit you. In turn we will support you to help you grow in your role and take your career in the direction you want to go. Well help you be the best you can be. Everything we do is focused on providing a high standard of safe and effective patient care., Youll be joining the team as an Initial Assessment Practitioner, triaging patients who present at our modern, purpose built centre. Were looking for Nurses and Paramedics with the same passion for quality care that our team share, to build on the excellent reputation of the centre while constantly learning and developing. Working hours - 37.5 hrs per week, over 7 day week. including weekends and evenings until 22:00. 3 x 10 hrs shifts and 1 x 7.5 hr shift per week
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the UK Nursing Midwifery Council (NMC) OR registered paramedic with HCPC
- Post qualification experience including experience in an acute setting.
- A passion for delivering high quality patient care
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to deliver safe, effective and compassionate care
