Industry Engagement Manager

This is a senior, high-profile leadership role with real influence. You will:

• Lead and inspire a team of Industry Engagement Consultants and Apprenticeship Advisers
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with employers and key stakeholders
• Drive apprenticeship recruitment, commercial income, externally funded projects, and mandatory work placements
• Represent the College at regional events, employer forums, and sector networks
• Use labour market insight to influence curriculum development and future provision
You'll be central to strengthening the College's reputation as a trusted, high-performing partner for business. What you'll be doing
• Leading a results-driven Industry Engagement team
• Managing high-value employer relationships across priority sectors
• Supporting apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, commercial training, full time students and T-Levels
• Ensuring excellent employer and learner experiences
• Using CRM and data systems to track performance and impact
• Working collaboratively across the College to deliver employer-led solutions
  
  You'll bring:
• Strong B2B commercial and partnership development experience
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to deliver results
• Confidence working at senior and board level
• Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills
• Drive, ambition, and a passion for education, skills, and economic growth

• Salary: £40,787 per annum
