Full Job Description
- To work closely with and oversee the work of the Year Leaders, attendance team and other support staff to ensure effective support for students with challenging behaviour and attendance issues
- To lead on the provision of support programmes and intervention from external agencies (both within school and at alternative provision)
- Actively support the Academy's behaviour policy and ensure that it is implemented consistently
- To support the overall progress, welfare and development of pupils across the Academy
- To deputise for the Director of Inclusion/DSL when required
