Full Job Description

CLCH IM&T department is looking for a lively and dynamic team administrator to support the Chief Information Officer and the rest of the senior management team. This fixed term opportunity comes as a consequence of a secondment of the incumbent colleague. The post will be varied, with the opportunity to support us to deliver projects and get an understanding of technology and its use in the NHS. This will give you an opportunity to develop your skills in this exciting area supporting our service to deliver care. The postholder will be expected to work at our base at Parsons Green and other sites with some opportunity for working flexibly from home., The role will provide comprehensive diary management and high-quality administrative support and assistance to the IM&T Team.

The post holder will work with the CIO/ Director of IMT, Enterprise Architect and Information Governance and Risk Manager to assist in building effective relationships between the Trust and its Strategic Partner.

In addition, the post holder will take responsibility for organising meetings/events, taking and circulation of formal minutes and managing internal and external correspondence as appropriate.

The successful candidate will be friendly, approachable and able to work independently to meet deadlines. You need to be confident dealing with staff at all levels of the Trust, and assertive when required. You need excellent IM&T skills, especially MS Outlook, Word, Powerpoint and some Excel. Minute taking, preparation of meeting papers and attention to detail are very important, as is the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time, without direct supervision.
