HR Advisor

Castles & Coasts Housing Association (CCHA) is currently looking to recruit a permanent, full time (36.25hours per week) HR Advisor, based in Carlisle, Newcastle or Workington with a salary of £36,421 - £39,061 per annum.

To be successful in the role you will have skills and experience that includes:

Providing a professional HR advisory service that supports managers to comply with best practice.

Coaching and mentoring managers on people performance strategies and capability building.

Guiding and supporting managers through the whole employee life cycle, recruitment to exit.

Offering support and guidance with employee relations matters including formal investigations.

Ensuring a fair and consistent application of policies and employment legislation.

Using HR data to improve processes and service delivery.

Acting as first point of contact and providing excellent outcomes to employee queries.

Supporting employee wellbeing initiatives.

CCHA owns and manages more than 7,400 homes across the North of England in Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear and North Lancashire.
