Are you an organised, people-focused individual looking to gain experience in HR? We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our busy and supportive HR team on a temporary casual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and a passion for helping others, looking to build hands-on HR experience.

What You'll Be DoingManaging recruitment processes: posting job adverts, preparing interview packs, and coordinating candidate communicationsSupporting onboarding: issuing offer letters, completing pre-employment checks, and setting up new starters in our HR system (iTrent)Handling confidential data with accuracy and discretionResponding to HR queries via phone, email, and in personMaintaining trackers and reports to monitor progress and complianceCollaborating with colleagues across HR and Payroll to ensure smooth service delivery
What We're Looking ForStrong administrative experience in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills - written and verbalHigh attention to detail and ability to manage competing deadlinesConfident using Microsoft Office, especially ExcelExperience with HR systems (e.g. iTrent) is helpful but not essentialA proactive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learnFlexibility to work on a casual, short-term basis as required
