Full Job Description
Are you a team player who enjoys working in a busy housing environment supporting customers meet their housing needs? We are looking for someone like you to join our team! If we are a good fit for you, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects including the assessment of housing applications, the allocation of housing and providing housing advice to our customers. What will you be doing?
- Assessing applications for eligibility and qualification for the council's housing register.
- Giving housing advice to customers
- Working as a team to allocate housing in line with our housing register and allocations policy
Housing knowledge, preferably related to the allocation of social housing - Great customer service skills
- Be organised and detailed focused
- Experience of working with others to deliver results
