Hotel Manager

Reporting to the Area Vice President/General Manager, we are looking for a Hotel Manager to join our team. You will ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects ofThe Churchill, which includes Food and Beverage, Rooms, Housekeeping, Engineering and Security and work closely with the Sales & Marketing, Finance and HR teams. Together with the Area Vice President/General Manager, you will foster strong human connections with our guests, partners and colleagues and oversee the management of the hotel on a day-to-day basis. You will ensure that the various departments are profitable and run according to corporate strategy, brand standards and defined targets for Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill.

You will have substantial international experience in the 5

• hotel environment and will already be a Hotel Manager or Director of Operations (or similar) in a large, fast-paced operation. You will have a background and in-depth knowledgeinthe Rooms function.

You are a natural leader, an excellent communicator with 'presence' and great interpersonal skills. With a smart appearance, an inquisitivenatureand the desire to achieve the best, you will be a good problem solver, committed to delivering exceptional service. Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Hotel management.
