Host / Hostess - Kibele Restaurant - London

We are looking for a friendly, confident, and well-presented Hostess/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will manage reservations, greet and seat guests, and support smooth service across our restaurant and lounge.,

• Welcome and seat guests in a warm and professional manner
• Manage reservations via phone and online systems
• Answer phone calls and return missed calls promptly
• Confirm bookings, guest numbers, allergies, and celebrations
• Coordinate table seating with management and service teams
• Assist with walk-ins and upsell lounge reservations when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and organised reception area
• Thank guests on departure and ensure a positive final impression
  
  Previous experience in hospitality or a similar role preferred
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
