Hospitality Team Leader

We're looking for a confident, hands-on Team Leader to join our airport hospitality team at Exeter Airport someone who enjoys leading people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to build a long-term career in hospitality leadership. About the Role You'll be at the heart of the operation leading shifts, supporting your team, and helping deliver a consistently great customer experience in a busy airport environment. This is a visible leadership role, where you'll:

• Lead from the front during service
• Take ownership of shifts and team performance
• Build confidence managing people, pace, and pressure
• Play a key part in maintaining high standards every day
You won't just follow processes; you'll help shape how the team works and improves. What You'll Be Doing
• Leading shifts and supporting day-to-day operations
• Coaching and motivating your team in real time
• Creating a positive, energetic team environment
• Making sure service runs smoothly during busy periods
• Supporting with rotas and staffing decisions
• Maintaining high standards across food safety, hygiene and H&S
• Spotting opportunities to improve service and team performance
  
  You might already be a Team Leader, Supervisor, or strong front-of-house team member ready to step up.

• Confidence leading people or wanting to grow into it
• A hands-on, "lead by example" mindset
• The ability to stay calm and positive under pressure
• A genuine interest in developing yourself and others

• Hours worked between 12am-6am are paid at time and a half (£20.13 per hour)
