Full Job Description

Paradigm Housing Group is looking for a customer-focused Homeownership Project Officer on a 12-month fixed-term-contract to join our Homeownership Team. This part-time role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to improving the services we provide to our homeowner customers while collaborating with a variety of teams across the organisation.

The Role:
As a Homeownership Project Officer, you will play a pivotal role in leading projects and initiatives that enhance the services and experiences of our homeowners. Working closely with other teams, external partners, and customers, you will help shape our Homeownership service offering and support improvements in customer satisfaction.

Your responsibilities will include being the subject matter expert on key processes such as new model leases for shared ownership homes and Section 20 compliance. You’ll provide valuable advice and training to colleagues, ensuring that Paradigm’s policies and systems remain up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices.

This role requires you to be an effective communicator, able to manage key communications with homeowners, including newsletters, website updates, and other relevant materials. You will also champion the voice of our homeowners, recommending service improvements and working to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and represent Paradigm on key projects that impact Homeownership customers.
  • Provide expertise on new model leases and ensure processes align with the latest requirements.
  • Oversee the Section 20 process, ensuring compliance and effective cost recovery.
  • Manage and improve communication with homeowners through various channels.
  • Offer advice and support to colleagues, helping develop the Homeownership Team’s knowledge.
  • Keep Paradigm compliant with any changes in homeownership-related legislation.
  • Review and improve homeownership processes and policies to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Promote customer-focused service improvements across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service. You should have a solid understanding of homeownership services, including leasehold management, shared ownership, and compliance with Section 20 regulations.

We’re looking for someone who can collaborate effectively across teams, is confident in making recommendations based on data and insights and has strong communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships. Experience in project management, process improvement, and customer service is highly desirable.

Closing Date for Applications:
14th of October.
