Full Job Description

We have an excellent opportunity to join our friendly Housing Solutions Team. As a level 2 apprentice, you will assist the Homelessness Accommodation team in delivering temporary accommodation services.  

Course Information

Course: Customer service practitioner (level 2)

Level: 2

Route: Sales, marketing and procurement

Apprenticeship Level: Intermediate



Working Arrangements

Working Week: Monday to Thursday 8.45am – 5.15pm, Friday 8.45am – 4.45pm.

Expected Duration: 15 Months
