Full Job Description

  • Previous experience in a care setting is desirable but not required
  • You will have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
  • Flexible in the hours you can work and ability to work every other weekend
  • Strong attention to detail and reporting skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • You will hold an enhanced DBS on the update service or prepared to undertake one.

    Care South, a leading not for profit charity, have exciting opportunities for Home Care Assistants to join our Poole Care at Home team, supporting clients with a variety of needs in their own homes. This Home Care Assistant role is a community based, it is essential applicants hold a driving licence and have access to a vehicle. As a Home Care Assistant with Care South, we ensure you are paid not just your contact time, but also for your travel time. On top of this we pay a generous milage rate of 40p per mile.
