At The Linden Centre, we support pupils whose education has been significantly affected by their social, emotional and mental health needs. Many of our learners need additional guidance and a different approach in order to engage, achieve, and succeed. • Plan for and deliver lessons across the school under the guidance of teaching staff.
• Adapt learning to meet a wide range of SEMH needs and individual education plans.
• Use behaviour management strategies that are consistent, fair, and focused on positive relationships.
• Provide high-quality support both in class and in small-group or one-to-one sessions.
• Work flexibly as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for every pupil.
