Higher Level Teaching Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team, supporting children across our Hindley and Abram schools. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils by providing high-quality support in the classroom and helping to raise standards.,

• Delivering high-quality support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
• Working closely with teachers to plan and deliver engaging learning activities.
• Supporting pupils intellectual, physical, and social development.
• Assisting with the management of pupil behaviour in line with school policies.
• Contributing to the monitoring and assessment of pupil progress.
• Supporting pupils both individually and in groups to ensure their learning needs are met.
