Health & Safety Advisor

As a Health & Safety Advisor, you will be responsible for conducting inspection visits to construction sites and providing consultancy support to a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries, with a strong focus on construction and house building. For the right candidate, there will also be opportunities to: Deliver accredited Health & Safety training courses Assist with CDM advisory work. Please note that training delivery and CDM work are not compulsory, and full training/support will be provided where required. Key Responsibilities: Conduct Health & Safety inspections and audits across construction sites Provide practical Health & Safety consultancy advice to clients Produce reports and follow-up recommendations Support clients in maintaining compliance with Health & Safety legislation Build and maintain strong client relationships Opportunity to assist with accredited training delivery and CDM advisory services

Essential: Previous construction industry experience, particularly within house building NEBOSH General Certificate (NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage your own regional workload Full UK driving license Desirable: Experience delivering Health & Safety training Exposure to CDM advisory work
