Health Records Team Leader

We are looking for an Admin Team Leader to join the Health Records department on a 12 month secondment to provide day-to-day supervision and coordination of administrative staff to ensure an efficient, patient-focused service within the Subject Access Team. The post holder will support the delivery of high-quality administrative processes by overseeing workloads, maintaining accurate records, monitoring performance and ensuring adherence to NHS policies and Information Governance standards., Working closely with clinical and non-clinical teams, the Admin Team Leader acts as a key point of contact for queries, helps resolve issues, and supports the smooth running of departmental operations.
