Health Care Support Worker: Preassessment Clinic

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare, to join the Preassessment Team at the Queen Victoria Hospital., The Health Care Support Worker will work as part of the Preassessment team with the supervision of registered practitioners to provide safe and effective patient focused care at all times.

Contribute to the development of the care environment with a positive, professional attitude.

Contribute to the maintenance of daily provision of service and care to meet the individual needs of patients and the department.

To support the smooth running of the clinic and ensure patients, relatives and carers are supported in a friendly and efficient manner.

You will also ensure that policies and guidelines are adhered to.
