Head of Retail (UK Agent Network) | Money Service Business

The successful candidate will be responsible for strengthening our retail performance, developing high-performing sales teams, enhancing customer and agent relationships, and supporting the company's continued growth in a competitive market.,

• Develop and execute retail sales strategies to achieve business targets and expand market presence.
• Lead, coach, and motivate sales teams to deliver strong performance and revenue growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, partners, and key customers.
• Design and implement initiatives to improve customer and agent satisfaction, engagement, and loyalty.
• Plan and coordinate structured agent visit schedules and ensure timely reporting for sales and compliance purposes.
• Support the MD & CEO with agent engagement visits and business development activities.
• Present the company's value proposition, services, and processes effectively to clients and partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Forecast regional and territory sales targets and establish clear performance benchmarks.
• Analyse sales data and market insights to support annual revenue and gross profit planning.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve products, services, and operational processes.
