DescriptionWe are seeking a strategic, client-focused insurance professional to lead complex broking activities across global markets. The role involves assessing client business needs, structuring and pricing bespoke insurance solutions, managing insurer relationships, and driving effective placement strategies. The successful candidate will ensure full compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements while making expert use of broking systems.This role also carries people management responsibility, with a strong focus on team performance, capability development, and fostering a high-performance culture.The Role :Understand clients' and prospects' businesses, risks, and strategic objectives to deliver tailored insurance solutionLead placement strategies, including market selection, programme design, pricing, and negotiation with insurers across London and international marketsWork closely with Account Executives and Sales teams to structure, price, and deliver client, management skillsCollaborative mindset with the ability to bridge broking and client servicing teamsStrong IT skills, with advanced proficiency in ExcelPreferably ACII qualified or working towards ACIIWhat we offerEnjoy a benefits package designed to help you thrive, both professionally and personally.
