- Partnering with senior leaders to understand strategic priorities and proactively shape learning that builds future capability.
- Designing and facilitating learning experiences across all levels - from operational teams to future leadership - using a variety of delivery methods and tools.
- Championing instructional design principles, accessibility and adult learning theory to ensure learning is inclusive, relevant, and impactful.
- Coaching, mentoring and developing your team - setting clear goals, supporting professional growth, and driving high performance.
- Leading cross-functional and long-term development projects that align with business transformation and strategic goals.
- Tracking and evaluating the success of learning interventions - using data to inform decisions, measure value, and continuously improve the learner experience.
- Working with peers in the L&D team to deliver a joined-up learning strategy and communication plan that builds momentum around learning at Stonegate.
- Staying current on emerging L&D trends, tools and technologies, and bringing fresh thinking into how we design and deliver learning.
Proven experience leading learning design and delivery in a large, fast-paced, multi-site environment (hospitality, retail or similar desirable). - Strong performance consulting skills - confident in diagnosing learning needs and designing targeted, impactful solutions.
- Expert in learning theory, blended learning, and instructional design - with a strong understanding of adult learning principles.
- Experienced facilitator, able to deliver engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences including senior leaders and high-potential talent.
- Skilled people leader - able to build, develop and inspire a high-performing learning team through coaching and mentoring.
- Commercially astute with a clear understanding of how learning drives performance and contributes to business success.
- Comfortable managing large-scale learning projects and multiple priorities with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience using coaching and psychometric tools to support personal and team development.
- Passionate about inclusive learning design and creating accessible, learner-led experiences.
- Curious, collaborative and agile - always looking for better ways to deliver learning that matters.
