Lead and develop a large brigade of 10+ chefs, instilling structure, discipline, and high standards.
Work closely with senior management to drive improvements, increase efficiency, and elevate the food offering.
Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including stock control, compliance, and cost management.
Maintain exceptional food quality and hygiene standards, ensuring consistency even in a high-pressure environment.
Shape the kitchen culture, inspiring and motivating the team to meet and exceed expectations.

Must have previous experience as a Head Chef or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume setting-this is not a first-time Head Chef role.
A natural leader with the confidence and skill to take control of a large team.
Strong business acumen, with an ability to manage costs, boost efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the venue.
Hands-on approach-not just a manager, but a chef who leads from the front.
Passion for delivering consistently high-quality food, with particular expertise in carvery service.
Exceptional organisation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
