Full Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our team. The Head Chef will be responsible for overseeing all culinary activities in our restaurant, ensuring high-quality dishes and smooth kitchen operations.

- Lead and manage the kitchen team to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Plan and create innovative menus that meet quality standards
- Supervise food preparation and cooking processes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Collaborate with management to develop new dishes and promotions
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment

Proven experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a restaurant setting
- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a kitchen team
- In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
- Understanding of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with staff and management
- Degree in Culinary Arts or relevant field is a plus
