HCA - Oncology Outpatients

Working within our Oncology Outpatients department, you will support patients attending for consultations, investigations and cancer treatments. We are looking for someone who has previously worked on a hospital ward and is confident providing direct patient care within a busy clinical environment., Supporting patients attending the Oncology Outpatients department, including those receiving chemotherapy and other cancer related treatments Assisting patients with mobility, personal care, comfort and nutritional needs Monitoring and reporting patient observations and any changes in condition to the nursing team Preparing clinical areas, equipment and treatment rooms for patient appointments and procedures Supporting Registered Nurses during clinical procedures and treatments Maintaining accurate patient documentation and records Ensuring clinical and non-clinical stock levels are maintained
