Full Job Description
- Coordinate the labour for any voids at the site, and escalate areas within the voids to the Facilities Manager & Contract Manager where contractors' labour will be required.
- To ensure all statutory maintenance work is completed as per the programme and to a high standard.
- Compliance work will include Legionella (L8) Water Hygiene testing, fire & sprinkler testing, fire door inspections, and emergency lighting.
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager & Contract Manager to reduce reactive maintenance inefficiencies.
- Any other duties as per a reasonable management instruction within your skill level appropriate to the role.
You will need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and have excellent problem-solving skills. - Be willing to undertake training to enhance Electrical, Plumbing & Fabric skills
- Relevant knowledge of health & safety, building codes and regulations

Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced Handy Person to join our Total Facilities Management Team. This is to ensure our buildings and facilities are well-maintained at 3 Extra Care Contracts, the role is predominantly based in Hull HU7, however, working within HU3 / HU6 may also be required.
