Full Job Description

We are currently looking to recruit a Handyperson. Within the role the successful candidate will ensure all residents receive a high quality, responsive and proactive handyperson service, which includes the completion of minor and non-urgent tasks in the maintenance and repair of the apartments and the internal and external communal spaces of the scheme.   • Experience of working within the building trade or part of a handyperson service.
  • Experience of using power tools and sharp equipment
  • Able to complete basic tasks in carpentry, plumbing, electrics and decorating.
  • Can identify when a repair needs to be completed before it presents a danger or potentially incurs higher repair costs if not addressed immediately
  • Relevant and proven work experience within the building trade or part of a handyperson service
