• Deliver personalised, memorable service with every interaction, face-to-face, by phone, or email


• Share your expert knowledge of The Celtic Collection to guide and delight guests


• Handle guest requests and queries with professionalism and efficiency


• Maintain a polished front desk and back-of-house operation with care and attention
