Group Programme Manager (OEM)

As we continue to expand our OEM and Body Builder partnerships across international markets, we're looking for an experienced Group Programme Manager to join our Commercial team and play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth.This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of engineering, commercial strategy, and customer partnerships, managing the successful delivery of vehicle safety programmes from concept through to launch.
What You'll Be DoingAs the key point of contact for OEM and Body Builder customersLead multiple customer programmes from concept to production releaseBuild and manage strategic relationships with global OEM and Body Builder partnersIdentify and develop new business opportunities across international marketsCoordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Commercial, Operations, Procurement, and Product ManagementEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standardsMonitor programme performance, revenue targets, customer satisfaction, and profitabilitySupport commercial negotiations, change management, and long-term account development

We're interested in speaking with candidates who have:Experience in Programme Management, Project Management, OEM Account Management, or Technical Commercial rolesA background in Automotive, Commercial Vehicles, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related sectorsStrong commercial awareness combined with technical understandingExperience managing complex stakeholder relationships and cross-functional teamsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsThe ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme execution
