Group Finance Manager

Group Finance Manager Newcastle Head Office 12-month Maternity Cover £50,000 - £60,000 Hybrid working - 3 days onsite, Prepare monthly management accounts, variance analysis, and financial reporting in line with group deadlines. Manage month-end and year-end close processes, including balance sheet reconciliations and maintaining the chart of accounts. Collaboration with Senior Leadership to shape decision-making. Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll support, and supplier payments. Lead budgeting, forecasting, active cash flow forecasting and management, and financial planning activities. Ensure compliance with VAT, HMRC, UK GAAP, and all statutory and regulatory requirements. Maintain finance procedures, controls, and documentation, while supporting audits and process improvements. Board and investor reporting, including monthly KPI packs. Support, manage, and develop finance team members where required.
