Overview
We are looking for an Grounds Maintenance Operative to ensure our park stays well-maintained, clean, and inviting. You will be responsible for all grounds maintenance duties, ensuring that green spaces are immaculate and that facilities are kept in top condition. This role offers a variety of tasks and is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors.

Job Duties
-Cutting grass and maintaining lawn areas to high standards
-Trimming hedges and maintaining shrubbery
-Laying bark and maintaining flowerbeds
-General gardening duties, including planting and upkeep of green areas
-Collecting and disposing of rubbish/litter and managing bin areas
-Distributing deliveries to relevant departments
-Assisting with moving and siting of caravans and lodges
-Supporting other departments with ad hoc duties as needed
-Ensuring compliance with all company policies and health & safety regulations
-Litter picking and keeping park areas clean

Requirements
-Previous experience in grounds maintenance and gardening
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure
-A professional attitude and a positive, can-do personality
-Experience in caravan park environments is an advantage
-Plumbing experience would be beneficial, though not essential
-Willingness to wear company-provided uniform and maintain a neat appearance
-Flexibility in working hours to meet the needs of the park
