Graduate Prosthetist

As a Graduate Prosthetist you will use your clinical skill and experience to contribute to the delivery of a first-class Prosthetic Clinical Service.
We are seeking a Graduate Prosthetist with broad-based experience who is looking for an opportunity to develop and contribute., + Assessing, measuring, casting, fitting, delivering, reviewing, and adjusting prosthesis as required across a range of amputation levels.
+ Managing patient expectations, ensuring needs are respected and that the patient is kept fully informed.
+ Maintaining appropriate clinical notes and records
+ Maintaining an up to date Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Portfolio
+ Participating in postgraduate training courses arranged by the company or local centre.
+ Attending meetings and conferences.
What are we looking for?
Essential skills and experience
+ Degree qualified in Prosthetics and Orthotics.
+ HCPC registration
+ BAPO or ISPO (desirable).

+ Experience in lower limb prosthetics
+ Experience in delivering a range of prosthetic clinics.
+ Experience or have a desire to be involved in audit or service evaluation.
+ Be able to manage difficult, challenging, and sensitive situations.
+ Good judgment and decision-making skills
