As a Graduate Engineer, you'll be an essential part of our engineering team, assisting the team on Instrumentation, Control & Automation engineering systems What will your day-to-day duties include?

  • Implement control strategies that optimize water treatment processes and ensure reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Prepare technical documentation, including specifications, schematics, risk assessments, and operation manuals
  • Ensure compliance with relevant water sector regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines
  • Review of ICA related installation and commissioning works on site, ensuring compliance with quality and asset standards

    Practical experience: gain valuable hands-on experience in your field.
  • Skill improvement: develop technical and professional skills.
  • Networking: build professional relationships and expand your network., We're looking for people due to graduate in 2026, or have recently graduated within the past three years, with a degree in Engineering
  • A related Degree in Engineering
  • You're excited about starting a career in construction engineering
  • You're organized, with great time management skills
  • You enjoy solving problems and have strong analytical abilities.
  • Hold a full UK drivers' licence.

    Starting Salary: £30,000 per annum with potential £4,750 car allowance depending on eligibility Pathway: Permanent, Full-time 2-year programme, leading to assistant level role upon completion with salary potential of CIRCA £38k
