- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers, coaches, and assistants.
- Be a visible, inspiring presence on the gym floor-engaging with members and driving retention.
- Ensure operational excellence across health & safety, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Drive membership growth through local marketing, outreach, and community events.
- Monitor financial performance and deliver against key business targets.
Proven leadership experience in fitness, leisure, or hospitality. - Strong commercial acumen and a track record of growing revenue.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a hands-on approach to member engagement.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance.
- Ideally, previous experience as a Fitness Manager, Duty Manager, or GM in a high-volume setting.
