Full Job Description

Leading daily operations across warehouse activities, ensuring service, safety, and quality KPIs are consistently achieved
Engaging with customers to strengthen relationships, review performance, and drive satisfaction (CXM), while identifying opportunities for growth and contract renewal
Walking the shop floor to coach leaders, address operational challenges, and drive productivity improvements in line with OMS and First Choice principles
Monitoring financial performance, managing the site P&L, and taking corrective actions to protect EBIT and deliver against budget commitments
Leading cross-functional meetings with support functions (HR, Finance, Quality) to resolve issues, improve compliance, and enhance operational performance
Driving and overseeing continuous improvement projects, including operating model optimisation, resourcing strategies, and end-to-end project delivery

Are hands-on, warehouse operations visible leader, who enjoys being on the shop floor and taking ownership of operational challenges
Have strong commercial awareness and experience managing budgets, performance metrics, and delivering financial results
Are passionate about building high-performing, engaged teams and creating a positive workplace culture
Thrive in complex, fast-paced environments and can confidently lead multiple customers and priorities at once
Are proactive "doers" who want to make a tangible impact, enhance operational performance, and deliver meaningful, lasting improvements
Bring strong stakeholder and customer management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate, and build trust at all levels
