- Delivering a first-class customer experience for all members, players, and guests
- Greeting visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile
- Managing bookings, handling enquiries, and keeping front-of-house operations running smoothly
- Supporting daily operations and working closely with the rest of the team
- Helping grow the local padel community by making every interaction memorable
We're now hiring experienced customer service professionals who are energetic, passionate, and ready to be the welcoming face of our newest hub, Tunbridge Wells. If you know how to create a great first impression, keep things running smoothly, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you., Proven experience in a customer service role - hospitality, retail, leisure or similar - A friendly, confident communicator who knows how to connect with people
- Calm under pressure and able to juggle tasks without missing the details
- A team player who brings energy, reliability, and a can-do attitude
- An interest in padel, sport, or fitness (padel experience is a bonus, not a must!)
- Flexible availability - including evenings and weekends, If you've got strong customer service skills and want to be at the heart of something fresh, active, and full of potential - we'd love to hear from you
