Front of House Staff - Spring / Summer 2026 - Swanage, Dorset

Hours: Good news! We have both 0-hour casual and fixed-term contracts available. For most roles, cover for some evening and weekend shifts will be required. During the warmer months, THE PIG on the Beach becomes extremely popular. To meet the Summer demand, we have an array of roles available, from Waiting Staff, Bartenders and Wine Waiters. We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. At THE PIG - on the beach, you will continuously experience our daily changing menu, the seasonal produce in the garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do. Upon successful completion of your contract, you will have the flexibility to leave our team or subject to availability, a future with THE PIG Hotels, permanent or just for the peak seasons - the decision is yours.
