Full Job Description
The postholder will learn all aspects and processes involved in the manufacture of high-integrity castings in a modern foundry environment; producing cores and moulds, melting, casting removal and finishing products to customer requirements.
Course Information
Course: Metal casting, foundry and patternmaking technician (level 3)
Level: 3
Route: Engineering and manufacturing
Apprenticeship Level: Advanced
Working Arrangements
Working Week: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. 6.00am – 14.00pm.
