Full Job Description
As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services across a variety of College venues and events. You will support the Senior Food Service Supervisor, Deputy and Front of House Manager in leading a team to maintain the highest service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
- Supervise and support food and beverage service at College events and functions
- Lead, motivate, and coordinate food service assistants and casual staff
- Prepare dining areas, including table settings and presentation to a high standard
- Liaise with clients during events and respond to changing requirements promptly
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and College policies
- Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the catering service
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our busy Front of House team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and leading teams in a high-quality dining environment., Has experience in a similar hospitality or catering role - Is calm under pressure and able to solve problems effectively

This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, this includes some evening and alternate weekends on a rota basis and split-shift working.
