Food Service Supervisor

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of food and beverage services across a variety of College venues and events. You will support the Senior Food Service Supervisor, Deputy and Front of House Manager in leading a team to maintain the highest service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional front-of-house customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times
• Supervise and support food and beverage service at College events and functions
• Lead, motivate, and coordinate food service assistants and casual staff
• Prepare dining areas, including table settings and presentation to a high standard
• Liaise with clients during events and respond to changing requirements promptly
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, health & safety, and College policies
• Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the catering service
