This food production operative role offers consistent shifts, excellent overtime, and long-term career potential.

Pay rates



  • £12.80 per hour

  • £15.21 per hour after 12 weeks

  • Overtime up to £25.88 per hour


Shifts



  • 4 on, 4 off rotation

  • 6am - 6pm or 6pm - 6am

Your duties as a Mixing Operative



  • Mix ingredients for sauces and seasonings following recipes

  • Operate production lines safely and efficiently

  • Pack and label finished products to quality standards

  • Perform quality checks throughout the process

  • Maintain cleanliness and report any machinery issues


What we're looking for



  • Previous production experience is helpful but not essential

  • A great attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn

  • Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet during shifts
