Build a name with big-name businesses.What you'll do:Deliver a professional and welcoming 5-star customer service experience to all building users and visitors.Act as the first point of contact for facilities support, resolving queries efficiently and professionally.Support meeting room technology, including troubleshooting connection issues and assisting with room set-up.Ensure meeting rooms are fully operational, correctly prepared, and maintained to a high standard.Conduct regular floor walks to monitor service delivery and maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment.Monitor
and replenish stationery hubs, vending areas, and consumables within allocated spaces.Provide hospitality support and clear-down services in line with hygiene and legislative standards.Assist with onboarding and induction support for new building users.Report faults, maintenance issues, and service concerns promptly to the relevant teams.Promote site rules and support customers in following building procedures and safety requirements.Build positive working relationships with customers, contractors, colleagues, and stakeholders.Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.Provide flexible support across facilities services, including occasional cleaning duties when required.What you'll bring:Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels.A proactive, positive, and can-do attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced
