Oversee all finishing trades on site, including snagging and final fix works
Ensure work is completed to a high standard and within deadlines
Coordinate subcontractors and manage daily site activities
Maintain health & safety standards at all times
Liaise with site management, clients, and inspectors
Conduct quality checks and manage snagging lists through to completion

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Finishing Foreman to join our team on a busy construction project. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on professional with a strong eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes., Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman or similar role
Strong knowledge of finishing trades and construction processes
Excellent organisational and leadership skills
Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
Valid CSCS card (SSSTS/SMSTS preferred)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
